Reporting An Underaged User

Hello, the user 655705966280572938 recently hopped into my DM from a mutual server and started advertising his own server that is unrelated to anything in the mutual server. When I first asked for his age when I suspected that he was too young, he admitted that he was 10; but immediately after I stated that children under the age of 13 aren't allowed to be on discord, he started aggressively trying to convince me he's 14. I've asked him to stop after he posted an invitation link to his server several times, but he didn't. Please ban this user.

    Dm the server owner the user id to be banned
    And tell that server owner that that little kid is dm advertising. Popular servers have rules and say that it is server bannable

    Hello, I met this little boy that DOX, IP grab and ddos people many times. He is 10 and ruins peoples life and sends them to jail. I have proof, I have his face pic and him saying hes 10 and I do have proof he is 10. (he said it himself and I have a screenshot):))
