Server admins

So I have 3 admins for my server. I go by 1, 2, and 3. And apparently admin 1 has the power strip roles of the other admins. Is there a way to make it more equal between the three roles?

    If you are the owner, you can change permissions of every role and member in your server. If you wish for them to all have the same power and permissions, simply make a new role. Name this new role whatever you desire. Under General Permissions, giving them ‘Admin’ bypasses all permissions. You can select different permissions as you see fit. After you have that set up, Go into the Members tab in the Server Setting. Give each of your admins the role you just created. If one of them has a role higher than the rest ( top to bottom in the Roles tab ), that member/admin will have more power.
