Account banned with no explanation

I tried getting this issue resolved by email but it literally impossible to get anything done with Clyde bot giving me a useless reply no matter what i type. If a human at discord customer support could help that would be great.

    You get a reply with 24-48 hours of you sending it out discord is a large comany with hundreds of millions of people using it

    The thing is that I've sent 10+ emails all worded differently with completely different subjects all to be met with the same response of "We've looked into the original report and have confirmed the violation of our Terms of Service. We will not be reinstating the account." I actually got a human to respond on my alt but since its my alt email protocol states that they are only able to assist concerns if it was sent through the email address attached to the account in question.

    I do reccomend not spamming the discord email otherwise you may get blocked by them

    Honestly being blocked by them wouldn’t even make a difference because how poor their commutation has been. I just expected more from one of the largest communication services out there.

    Same problem brother, they probably dont even read the appeal and let clyde send default messages to people with their account disabled

    At least I’m not the only one. Lol discord support is a joke.

    Agreed lol, some discord server was the victim of a guy being doxxed in it, resulting to alot.of ppl including me getting their account disabled for "doxxing", just cuz we were inside the server

    im getting the exact same response , I went to linkedin and sent the Discord  CEO a message !!!!! Maybe he will listen !

    This is so rigged they disabled my 2016 early supporter account without a reason and then i sent them an email got a clyde bot response then after 2 weeks they just deleted the account

    Same thing, my 4 year old account got banned for “inciting violence” and when I went to inquire any sort of information about the random ban, I got the same message from the Clyde bot following multiple separate emails. I guess my account is just gone lol

    Same here, I got disabled cuz something happened in a server and somehow i took part of it, im on my alt rn since i cant really do nothing ab it. I had so much memories and that account just for it to be gone for no reason. I emailed support nothing but a clyde denial. No human support what a dissapointment.

    I'm having a similar problem. My account was suspended for "participating in sharing users personal information". Discord is kicking me, accusing me of doxxing people and will not respond my support ticket after 24 hours. Facebook will show you a screen shot and spell out what you did. Discord gives you a one sentence explanation and no evidence.

    my account is disabled and im getting solved without any help, and when I put my email on another account it got disabled aswell and it wont let me make new accounts, help :(
