make all users on a server auto block banned users for duration of ban

this could prevent rejoining and help communities by basicly if a user is banned everyone on that server will block him or her automaticly and cant unblock user

    I'd say make it an option for auto blocking banned people for a person, because I (and many others) would dislike having to unblock a blocked person many times.
