a "ban user" option in the delete message prompt

as the admin of a public server im literally done with having to scroll all the way through a spammers messages in order to ban them, this system would make it alot easier to ban, delete, and report a user instead of deleting the message and then banning them.

    ...or just select the option to delete all of their messages in the ban prompt
