Accept Rules Feature

Currently my server uses the "everyone" role to force new members to read the roles and react to the message acknowledging the have read the server's rules.The react role bot then changes their role so that they are granted access to the rest of the server. Can we get a feature for this instead of wasting our "everyone role" to achieve this? The feature itself could be a toggle in the server privacy/security for an "acknowledge rules" option. Also it would help these people looking for a big button of sorts since a lot of them like to skip reading the rules; they don't realize they had to react to be granted access. (Kinda defeats the purpose of getting them to read the rules but acts as a layer of anti spam and moderation. Sorry for essay!
