email verification for new accounts

Someone created an account using another one of my email accounts.  I got the verification email, but it had no link or option to say NO, SOMEONE IS USING MY ADDRESS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.  Please change it so there's an explicit way for people to get their emails removed from people's accounts.

    Similar thing happened to me! Not only was I shocked that the verification email didn't have a link for "I didn't request this," but I was even more shocked to find the person was able to use all of the features of Discord. I found out because about a week after the stranger had signed up with my address, I ended up needing to start my own account. But I was refused, because my email was already signed up! Why even HAVE email verification if access is granted regardless? MAKE IT REQUIRED!
