Account unbanned yet unable to join back

Dragon Girl!~
A friend of mine got banned during a major outcry on our server. After talking with the moderators of the server his account got unbanned, yet he is still unable to join the server. Could someone please help me find out why that could be the case?

    Ctrl + R to refresh the client is a pretty good first step to troubleshoot that and many other issues. Beyond that, there might be another account with the same origin IP that is banned. In the future, for support, head over to https://dis.gd/support and staff will get back to you as soon as they can.
