Classic and Community Discord options in server settings

I was just thinking about this, and maybe it's a terrible idea or maybe it's a good idea. I don't entirely remember the reason I had for this (because I have a shit memory for ideas... especially when I get side-tracked (which I did))......

Anyways, the idea is that in the server settings we add a new setting to flip a switch between Classic Discord (what we have now) and a new Community Discord.

The Community Discord setting makes it so that the sidebar of the server is all text channels (with categories and sub-categories if you so choose) and at either the bottom or top of the sidebar, there is a small "Voice Channels" button that opens a pop-up menu to all the voice channels (with categories and sub-categories if you so choose). I think there would definitely be people out there that would love this as an update and the ones who don't can just use classic discord. 

That's all I had! Just a basic idea that maybe you guys can think on and expand or just disregard this and never use it...
