Role folders
I moderate a server with custom roles for donators, color roles, and roles in order to get pings for things. We also have an introduction system where you have to get accepted in order to get into the server. Scrolling through all of our roles to get to the member role every time is exhausting. I suggest role folders.
Just for organization, we should be able to put roles in folders on the role management menu for easy access. It would make things a lot easier for lots of servers with tons of roles.

What I do whenever I have permission to make roles and stuff in a server is make sort of a makeshift folder. It'd look something like this:
Owner
Admin
Moderator
Staff
Member
-----Color Roles-----red
orange
yellow
-----Pronouns-----
he/him
she/her
they/them
And obviously it doesn't have to look exactly like that, it's just an example. Of course you still have to deal with scrolling but at least it's a lot more organized.

i mean, it works, but its mainly the scrolling that bothers me
