Role Mentions and Folders.

I know there's a new feature which allows roles to ping any role, but I have a specific feature request that I think would help for big servers.

Each role has an option: "Allow ALL roles to ping" that is True/False.  Let's say this is Role 1.

Every role has an option to edit a group of settings.  Inside of that group, it contains every role that has the "Allow ALL roles to ping this role" option set to FALSE.  If it's set to true, it's not shown there.

For each of those options, you can choose if Role 2 (Or whatever role you're editing) can ping each role in that group/list.  

If it's set to yes, then anyone with that role can ping that role - unless denied by a higher role that the person also has.  If it's set to no, they can't ping the role - unless allowed by a higher role that the person also has.
