Disable spefic ratelimits for bots

You know, when you're getting raided, getting more than a 100 messages with a invite every 10 seconds and a bot is trying to delete the messages but it can't do it so fast because the rate limits. There should be a way to disable specific rate limits for bots in your server. (Like for example, with a role that gives the permission to bypass the rate limit x).

  Addition to what you said.

   

  Discord should allow rate limits to scale with the server, meaning as a server is more active the rate-limit is offset'd to accommodate the changes.
