Cool Suggestion

Heres a suggestion that I would LOVE it.
Let us server owners have the ability to give specific roles chat cooldown for example:

My roles:
Member
Donator

Premium Text channel:
Member role: 1 hour chat cool down
Donator Role: No chat cool down.
