Discord transparency with server owners

I believe discord needs to be more transparent with server owners when, A, someone reports someone in our servers. B, someone gets reported for activity in one of our servers. and C. when discord takes action and bans someone due to their activity in our servers.

now, this is because we have a problem in our server in which someone is reporting a lot of people and having a lot of people banned since they just dont like them. We have a small, yet very open community of people who have been chatting together on the internet for over a decade. we give each other crap constantly, its part of the fun. we believe if you dont like it, you can leave. but we dont stop anyone coming in. Why would someone want to infiltrate a server and have half of it banned if they dont like being there? why should they get to ruin it for the rest of us? why would discord defend these kinds of people? they can simply leave.

People in our server is being banned for "inciting violence", which, is quiet a crock since that is not whats happening. of course discord offers no proof of this. but yet seemingly is at the ready to disable an account immediately upon this persons request. i dont know if people are able to get into bed with discord moderators but it certainly seems the case.

So, we have yet another robotic social/chat platform that has no respect for context or background. It claims to be center around gamers. many many games "incite violence". yet two gamers cant talk crap to each other in a closed chat room due to a single mole that wants to ruin it for us?

there is 100+ users in our server. all of which have known each other for years. being giving each other crap for literally years. and yet apparently discord sides with one or two complainants... who i will admit we probably also know, without knowing anything about the group or users. if i knew who they were id ask them to leave and if they refused i would remove them myself.

in our server everyone is open to invite whoever they want, we dont discriminate. everyone is equal. we dont ban or kick anyone because of something silly they said. we tolerate almost anything except the obviously illegal. why should our tolerance be thwarted by a handful of intolerant persons that can leave at any time if they dont like it? this is backwards. 

you try to have an inclusive server but we cant due to one or two trolls. So please, Discord, i ask for some transparency in these cases. maybe an auto email saying someone has been reported and why, then we can take care of it ourselves. what is even the point of having closed chatrooms if this isnt the case?
