Create a reaction deletion logs

As administrator on a gaming server of 20,000 members, reactions essential to obtaining server roles (reaction role) have been suppressed for some time. I have no reaction deletion history at my disposal and each day I see 150 reactions disappear.
More than 4000 reactions have already been deleted in my opinion, I reorganized the permissions but nothing helps.

That could solve my problem and then the discord servers are using role reaction systems more and more.
Add that!
