URGENT : LOSING NITRO BOOSTS TO MY SERVER

Hey, i'm a moderator in a server and there is a very generous member and has obtained 27 boosts for our server ! But when my server manager gets to the server boost status it says : your server is going to lose a level ! The perks will end in 1d 19h from now. Can i know what is the problem and how can we fix it so we don't lose any levels ??? Thanks . Raghad.

    Server boosts are a monthly purchase so some boosts might just be running out. level 3 is 30 boosts so the generous member might have just put you over the edge, but the previous boosts might be expiring soon and putting you under that 30 boost level.

    What if he bought all the boosts a few days ago, 4$ each boost. What can we do ?, can i insert a picture so you could understand me even more..?

    Same- but also not really. My server is going to lose a level too, but my Nitro disappeared with it. Help- please.

    Also my server is quite new, with only two boosts. So why on earth am I losing a level even if it's only level one???
