Mobile Permissions working different from Desktop

So i am in a server that I was made a mod on. I primarily use my the mobile app to do things on discord because it's easier. For some reason, despite my role being above other roles, it will not let me manage other roles from my phone, saying that I'm in a role equal to or below the role. However, in the desktop version, it is not having this issue. It's treating mobile permissions differently from the regular desktop app. I am unsure if it is all mobile or just android. Most of the mods that tested it to make sure it wasn't just me are all Android users and it did the same things to them. I am unsure if this is a new bug or a pre-existing one but it is becoming just a little frustrating. Do you know if there is an easy way to fix this issue or is it, in fact, a bug problem?
