High ms only on Discord

Yesterday, when i logged in Discord and went to my server to talk with my friends they told me that my voice was laggy and bad sounding. I then saw that i had 125 ms and was surprised, since it was the first time i had problem with Disocrd, i tried to restart Discord, and it was the same. Then i tried to restart my PC and unfortunately it was the same high ms. I looked for forums and articles, but nothing help. Please help me. Also i don't have the same ms on my mobile phone even if i use the same internet connection

    Hey! It's most likely the region you have set. If it's someplace far away from where you're located, you're going to experience some latency. Just change the region in the top right corner of the call if it doesn't match your location, that should fix it. If not, then I'm at a loss for words..
