Allow users to host their own Discord server

I made this thread as I have a suggestion that I believe would be good for people who would like to find a way to dodge uptimes on Discord, I believe Discord should opensource their hosting and allow their users to be able to use their own serverhoster to host their Discord servers (like Teamspeak).  I don't believe this should replace the current option of having Discord do this itself, but this will allow those interested like me to be able to have more ensured uptime on my own server and not have to worry about Discord going down and my server not being accessible anymore.
