Full server boost for schools discord servers

Hello,

I have a request about Full boost of schools servers. For teachers this will be nice because they could upload homeworks in bigger files, not only in 8MB, the same for students. 

Next advantage is in streaming quality and conversations

I think this should help them so much, mostly the limit of upload files.
