Classroom Account Deployment

With the further targeting towards classes and students, i feel a good feature to develop and add would be classroom deployment. Admins should (perhaps after a special sign up to mitigate misuse) be able to create accounts in bulk for students, potentially with limited features (censor username, statuses etc.) for certain discord servers (aka class discords.) This would help with deployment for schools, where you need to create over a thousand accounts at a time for students. Perhaps usernames could be imported from spreadsheets, or other quality of life features.
