Feature Request - User-specific notifications

I suggest adding a feature to servers that would allow you to toggle on/off notifications from specific members in a specific server, or channel in a server(**WTHOUT HAVING TO BLOCK/UNFRIEND SAID PERSON**). I would find this very convenient, because I would still like to receive notifications from the server except from those people.
