Fix Discord support and the abuse of reporting
Look, I know you ignore us more than 90% of the time because there's so many of us but can you actually setup setup a team of humans and not bots, cause to be honest this is highly unprofessional and there are people who falsely reported others just because they have a different view than us not to mention people who just don't like other people for no reason, I'd rather have a Human respond than a bot, also I would like to note that you could also give us a quote from what we've done wrong or a picture, that would be very helpful instead of I don't know... Not giving us one, The reason why I'm typing this is because I have been trying to recover my account for like a day and the bot is very annoying and you don't even read it because like I said, they're are many of us, I just wanna ask for a favor can you please fix this broken system and setup a team to handle this, I have a few solutions to this.
1. The person reporting must have others agree with the person and provide a screenshot of what happened, there is flaw to this, since you can create more accounts and setup a false Incident you should look into their Id numbers and emails.
2. Setup a team who's job it is to read the user's email to have their account not disabled, I don't think bots are helpful at all, can you also talk to the person if they wish to have a discussion so they can also defend the reason why they shouldn't have their account terminated or disabled.
3. They should be able to defend their side, the reason why I say this is because someone of the reporting has another story to it like a dispute or an argument, sometimes people will cover up what they said and delete what they said making the other user look bad and they can report them just because of a argument.
