  Pretty sure they are not allowed. Not really certain as I have been a member since pretty much the beginning of Discord, so their TOS and Privacy have most likely changed since then. I would go with the automatic assumption that these are not allowed, but this may not be true. As @Unit_3397 has stated, submit a request regarding this question.

  I'm pretty sure the answer is a blatant no they're not allowed since you're not even legally allowed to be on discord if you're younger than 13
