[KNOWN BUG / SOLVED] Discord Mobile Bug: Mobile Users Cannot Ping (No Specified OS)

I am the server owner of an unspecified server. I am not sure whether to post this in Server Management or Mobile, so I am doing Server Management because anyone else that runs into this problem may think it is the server rather than Mobile Application when first running into it. (Mainly because I thought it was Discord at first, but troubleshooted with friends and came to the conclusion, with evidence, that it was only mobile).

[Background]: Initially all mobile users could not ping any roles or users as they only showed ID's with no pings, and sometimes weird symbols, and we even turned to Discord developers for help. Only PC could ping, regardless of whether it was a mac or Windows. After the request was answered we were still left in the dust because even the Developers could not find the problem (they recognized it as a common problem and were working to fix it. After doing some tests, we gave up.

[Solution]: Here is the solution for what helped us. After I pinged a role, another user tried to ping it, and it showed the ID (like usual). Well one of my users were used to PC (they interchanged between them depending on what they were using, and they hit space while typing and it auto-selected one of the roles I had that were "invisible" which was just a role that was a space. Upon doing so, the usual ID popped up, but it had an & sign in front of it, and was an ID that looked familiar (as I run Discord in Developer mode 24/7). Upon looking at the ID, I did not remember the weird & sign, so I went ahead and deleted it (we only used it for Pathfinder sessions in private channels, but since then quit using it because we became more open about it). After deleting it, I told the user to go ahead and try pinging (as we had done troubleshooting by ourselves beforehand, so this was customary whenever we made changes that we thought could possibly fix it). After doing so, the problem was resolved. I went ahead and decided to post this in FEEDBACK instead of making a request because I feel as though making a request would be redundant and probably annoying as it is already resolved.

    One thing I would like to make clear, the solution, at least for me, is to get rid of any blank roles or (possibly) roles that have weird symbols in the beginning (or in it at all, but I have not had a problem with symbols anywhere else).
    EDIT: Preferably keep this at top if this topic blows up.

    I can't understand the solution. Do you mean I'll have to get rid of all roles which have ZALGO fonts in them??

    pinging isnt working in this one server for me. when i send it in the chat it just has a bunch of numbers. and its only on this one server. every other server is ok
