No 'Scan QR-code' button

I'm trying to sign in on my pc via the QR-code but I can't see the option on my phone anymore, I went to the user setting where the option should be but it's not there

App version: 16.0
OS: 13.4
Platform: iPhone 10,4 (iPhone 8)

    There is no scan qrcode functionality on the iphone app! So it's probably a function they haven't completed building or decided to scrap.
