Hacked Account Removed by Discord- Still no Support After Months

My account was hacked months ago- someone logged in, changed the email and password and started sending messages pretending to be me. I sent report after report to Discord and never got a response regarding how to gain control of my account again.

Suddenly, March 12th, Discord removed my account for guidelines violation. I got a response after emailing them asking why they didn't answer my support emails. They told me they would not reinstate my account but would send a follow up email telling me what guidelines it violated.

I never received a follow up email. Discord has not responded to any further requests for help. I use Discord for work and I would really appreciate some form of formal response explaining why they refused to help me when my account was compromised. 

Below is the only email Discord sent me, sent 5 days after they removed my account.

    I have some problem , constantly attack of my account, after Eastern , I will set new email and more

    If you keep emailing them about it (without spamming of course) and keep getting canned replies, they will get back to you eventually with a non canned response.
