Make Server Template permission

It would like that there was a `Make Server Template` permission. I'd like to give to some members of my server `Manage Server` permission, but I'm afraid that they will make a copy of the server. Or just make some points in `Manage Server` permission (for example: Invite Bots, Change Server Name, Change Server Avatar, Use Server Template, etc.)

    You can setup a bot to allow your mods to do this, so it's unlikely to be added natively into discord
