I have a friend who joined discord when they were like 11 but now present day they're over 13. Is that still against discord's TOS?

    I believe so, because of the children part in the privacy policy states "Our Services are for users age 13 and over and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13". since they have data on them from before they where 13 they technically have data of a under 13 year old .
