Seperate View Channel permission from ability to see people in channel are streaming

At the moment it seems impossible to have a secret voice channel that normal people can't see but can be dragged into by mods and owners and then be able to share a stream with them. Pretty much if a user can't see the channel they also can't see streams in that same channel.

    This is absolutely essential and I'm confused as to why the permissions were merged with "viewing" channels. Private channels exist all over Discord where users get pulled in for different reasons, and if the user doesn't have view AND connect permissions, they can't watch the stream in that channel. Different permissions for the Live system should exist, and honestly I don't know that users who are moved into a channel should ever be restricted by default.
