Permission to restrict private messaging people

Big servers know the problem of new people/selfbots joining and PMing (spam, scam, ads) random people, with this you could fight the problem and stop alot of people getting annoyed. Only trusted/verified people should get a role with permissions to do so. Adding each other as friends would override this. But people like me, who would like to keep PMs open, would really love not to hear from bots and advertisement but from real people.
