Banning users for no offense

So  banning a discord user  for  having made no offense should be  punishable  buy a moderator to user fine  being the moderator should pay the user who is punished for no offense  and any none discurtous offense ban  of  500 bucks  to be paid to the ban user .  see you in court after i get you shut down
