OPTION FOR VIDEO AND GO LIVE TO BE SEPARATE CUSTOM SETTINGS WITHIN SERVERS WHO HAVE THE VIDEO OPTION

For people who got the experimental video ability in their server.... I see that there is a new update which allows everyone to use video as an option within the server. I discovered this by surprise today, since I am a server owner. Someone was video chatting in one of the voice servers. I have my server set up as a leveling/ ranking system with Mee6 bot, where you have to be a certain rank to receive types of privileges. Video chatting, is a privilege that I was only letting a few ranks receive. I then went about disabling the new video option setting within each voice channel, and by individual rank too. Unfortunately now, people are not able to stream their games etc. at all within my server. I did not think that the video button also included streams, I believed it to be only for webcam use within the main server. Now I have to change my entire leveling / ranking system within the server. This was unpleasant to discover today, and I am looking for a quick solution to this issue... unfortunately there isn’t one after contacting discord. Going forward, there should be 2 options a streaming setting allowance and a video allowance.
