Option to Pin Messages for everyone in a server

So it would be great if everyone (not just mods/admins for a server) had the ability to pin messages in a server for their reference only while mods could still retain the ability to pin messages for the entire server. 

This way a person who isn't a mod could quickly find a specific post they like before it gets lost in a very lengthy chat log, but only they would be able to see their personal pins.
