Show text & voice channels for categories

There is the permission for categories "Show text & voice channels". It would make more sense if you could set the permissions individually.

  I second this. Due to the configuration of my server, I want @everyone to be able to view all of the voice channels and see the profile images of people inside them, but not join. But I also want @everyone not view the private text channels so as not to clutter up their sidebar. Due to this, I have over fifteen categories where the Voice Channel permissions are not synced. (See photo) This makes it incredibly tedious evertime I update permissions for a category, because I know that things are not syncing.
