[Sugestion] Make a maintenance mode to servers.

Made a button on the server panel that triggers Maintenance mode. 

Maintenance mode sets the server with a yellow ! (like when discord are down but instead of red yellow) and prevent the members from clicking and seeing the inside of the server. There would be an option in the role permission that its called "Bypass maintenance" or something like that. That will make the people in that role see the server while is in maintenance mode.

  I can see this being very usefull. Take my upvote. But I also see how this could possibly be abused if you get an abusive admin or something. So who knows

  Nice, but just temporarily hide all of the channels/categories temporarily for now.
