Discord Chat Timeout

To be able to timeout people from the chat would be pretty good idea, Moderating a server with more than 1000 members without the timeout tool is a bit problematic. Even though kicking members they can still re-join the server.

  this can be done by creating a "timeout" role or using a bot to do this for you

  there are probably allot more out there too

  in fact, the mee6 bot may already have this ability
