Modification of admin rights

I suggest adding a function for configuring administrator rights. For example: I have a server in diskord, I have forbidden the ability to send tts messages on the server, but a role with admin rights can still write such messages. I believe this innovation will allow you to better adjust the server settings and help make our favorite Discord better.

  just don't give the administrator permission then?

  if you select every single permission except "send tts" instead of giving the admin permission then you can fix it
