A option per channel/category to allow/deny pinging a certain role.

Hi, i used to set some bots to make notifications whenever a streamer goes online, when the role system "changed", bots couldn't ping non mentionable roles as admins can, which is a good thing to have, but it really limit what you can do in the platform in terms of getting information to people.
With bots that can make reactions roles, these days, a lot of these posts that ping a role, are opt in and harmless to people that don't want to see it, which is what bring us to the suggestion:

Be able to make a role mentionable only in certain channels/categories in the config page of the channel/category, that way, we would still be able to set these automatic feeds from twitch, youtube and etc and do a lot of other things like LFG roles, without having the chance of it being misused in other channels.
