Dragging users in large discord servers.

I think it would be nice to be able to use the scroll wheel while dragging a user between channels. The current interface isn't reliable from what I've seen. Some discord servers have a lot of voice channels and categories and I feel like moderating everything would be easier with being able to scroll whilst dragging a user.
