Server Banner Rewards Level

I believe that server banners should be on the first level of Nitro perks, or just free for every server. I personally only want that perk on my server, I don't care that much about the boosted audio quality and such. I believe that the banner is simply a way to better convey to users what a server is about, and is just a cleaner looking version of have an image pinned in a welcome channel.

I also believe that developer servers should be given a banner (the type of server you get when you pay the $25 developer fee).
