Add a option in the Roles menu to not make a role showup in the Members list

The addition of a option that has the ability to not be shown upon the members list when it outranks a role.

If a server has color roles which are higher ranked than moderator roles, the color role will show up on the members list as the highest ranked role, regardless of if you are a moderator or not. This is how we want it.

But because of how roles are ranked in the roles list, roles which are higher then the one with a lower role can not change or modify the higher ranked role. We want the moderators to be able to modify/remove and give other members color roles. This won't be possible if color roles are higher then the moderator roles.

This can be fixed by adding a higher ranked role, this would fix the problem of not being able to change or modify as a lower ranked role, but this would also make this role the highest ranking one to show up on the members list. Disregarding any color roles you have on your server. And the ones we want to make show up.

The solution here would be to add a option to hide a role from the members list, if you have it. There are of course other ways to come around this, such as naming certain roles and giving them to moderators, but this would surely make the process a lot easier.
