Discord support got me driving crazy.

WOW, I am literally furious, I have no words about the support I have been getting from discord guys, I am clueless why so though. Let me tell you the story, so I have been waiting for abour 11 days to only get a non human repy (I think it was a bot) so he can tell me the Mail address I have sent the mails to you was unrecognizable for you? Am I a joke? Believe me I do know this is my email account, they have even sent me verifications and lots more to this specific mail, this is unexplainable. In the last message I got from them (not surprisingly, not helpful) a bot or a guy called Brad, they said they have no records of disabled accounts, like, REALLY? the account was not even deleted, it was hacked, and they are literally telling me its my fault in a different way? Well, the account is still on, my friends can see it on servers, groups, etc. I literally have the last password, the Email for the account, and everything to verify I am the legitimate owner of it. SO FOR GOD SAKE WILL DISCORD SUPPORT BE ABLE TO FINALLY BE HELPFUL ONE TIME.
