Hello, I know a server where more than 1 thousand people and they are not 13 years old. It seems to violate the rules, I can complain to the server, and how will the administrator be punished?
On this server small children and there is NSFW

    If you can prove, that they are below 13, then contact Discord trust & safety, they'll do something about it.
