Bypass Permission

I am suggesting instead of Admin Permission controlling Bypasses, I'd like an individual permission that can be selected to allow the bypass of channel based permissions so that way it only grants that and not other permissions.

  The Administrator Permission already exists and allows for members to bypass the channel permissions Server-wide.

  The other option is to make a role that is for this purpose and give it the allow permission for all categories and/or channels

  A permission would be handy, but not needed as you can already do this
