2FA entering Auth code issue on set up ISO

When you are asked to enter the authentication code from google authenticator, the keyboard loads and then hides the code boxes. Enter doesn't work and when you click back l, it remains on a blank screen. Have to cancel the process to start again, with same outcome. I've un & re installed the app in the off chance that would fix, but with no success. Followed different support guides that are remotely similar to this issue, nothing directly reflects this and still recevie same outcome.
