The video sharing and screen sharing features should not use the same permission

Right now there is a single permission for all video related activities. If you disable the permission users cannot share their own video (webcam) or a screen (streaming game). These two features should have separate permissions so that we can disable users sharing their video but allow them to still stream games in a channel.

    As someone who value privacy, I agree. I can't remember how many times members of my server accidentally turn on their webcams when they're trying to go live.

    I agree with this, it can also be helpful right now as many schools use Discord for online classes, this would help the teachers regulate that students can turn their camera on but they can't stream into the vc

    This should really be changed! I made a channel for my IT Club and I'd like to disable screen sharing but still allow them to share their video.
