    I fully agree with all of the above.

    I do have to say that I have had negative experiences with both the T&S team and the support team. First of all, I have had my account terminated multiple times, and my alt, all for the same reason.

    Firstly, one thing I have to mention is if a user reports a server to you, they clearly aren't there to participate in the behaviour that they have just reported.. Terminating their account, and refusing to reinstate it is beyond ridiculous. The user is clearly there to report and collect the evidence that you require. You make it impossible to report a server without being in it, yet then punish the user for being in the server, even if they don't participate in the ToS breaking activity. The response I get of "you should do so without actually violating the terms yourself" makes no sense, since you require us to enter the server to report which is against the ToS. Please fix this.

    Also, speaking about the T&S team, often times you have to report multiple users, and the new contact form makes this so hard to do. It would be easier to have left the email open, but encourage the use of the form. 

    For both teams, I understand you can't type an individual reply to each person that contacts you, but at least make sure that the reply answers the users question/concern. Countless times I have gotten a meaningless copy paste response that doesn't help at all. Making sure the reply actually is relevant and answers the question is important to stop wasting your teams time, and our time, and makes the whole process smoother.
