Add the possibility to create role groups[...]

Add the possibility to create role groups to and show two ranks of the same permission level side by side on the sidebar.

    You can do this by adding one low level permision which i separated from others and then assign it to the people you want to be together on side bar. They will have differend color (because their color role is higher than this separating role) but will be separated from others
