Disable offline member list when server is over 1,000 members

HELLO!

So, I run a Discord server where we just jumped over 1,000 members. It has been increasingly hard to moderate and view people who are offline. 

I suggest a server settings option that enables or disables that feature for a server
OR an account setting that does that so not everyone has to see every offline member!

    Hey Mike!

    Might not help you completely but there are bots that allow you to see certain users online, in the server and bots in the server!
